ANNE MARIE STONE - PRESIDENT


Anne Marie Stone is the president of Friends of Special Children, a 501 C3 non-profit organization based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Anne is the Managing Trustee of FOSC Tennessee Pooled Trust. She is the owner/president of Silver Lining Companies, Inc, a residential and commercial interior decorating service formally based in Upstate New York, now operating in the Chattanooga area. Anne graduated from the University at Albany, New York, with a BA degree in Political Science and Economics. She has 20 years of small business entrepreneur experience and her tenure with the Friends of Special Children make her a dedicated partner to the FOSC Tennessee Pooled Trust.

TERESA WHITTON, CFP®, CTFA – TRUST OFFICER

Teresa joined Southeastern Trust Company in April 2012. Southeastern Trust Company is the Operating Trustee for FOSC Tennessee Pooled Trust. Prior to joining Southeastern Trust, Teresa spent twenty years in Personal Trust and Trust Real Estate at SunTrust Bank, including managing a trust team in Chattanooga. Ms. Whitton also serves as a Trustee for GA Pooled Trust. She is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and the ABA National Graduate Trust School. Teresa has extensive experience in Special Needs Trusts and Trust Real Estate.

GAIL DAVIS – TRUST SPECIALIST

Gail joined Southeastern Trust Company in July 2014. She has over a decade of experience in trust and estate administration, including managing real estate held in trust. As a member of the Southeastern Trust team, Gail helps serve clients of FOSC Tennessee Pooled Trust as well as Georgia Pooled Trust. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and is currently pursuing her CTFA.

Dana Perry – Estate & Elder Law Attorney

DANA PERRY – ESTATE & ELDER LAW ATTORNEY

Dana Perry practices estate and elder law as a shareholder at Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C. Dana and her team at Chambliss law firm provided pro bono legal services to the Southeastern Trust Company to get the FOSC Tennessee Pooled Trust up and running. She and her colleagues work with individuals and families in the disability community to protect their assets and family’s future. Additional areas of focus include long-term care planning, navigating the Medicaid rules, veterans' benefits planning, and multi-generational trust planning. Dana graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School and has a BA degree in History from the University of the South.
